All are built on a 100mm reinforced concrete slab with a fire brick floor.
Arch opening makes easy access to the cooking area with a width of 470mm tapering to 400mm x 340mm high opening for good visual to cooking.
Custom-made with a fired brick inner lining and a heatproof reinforced concrete rendered outer layer.
An optional stainless steel door with a thermometer is also available upon ordering.
